BAPRAS x PLASTA UK x PRASSA UK National Webinar Series: Upper Limb Surgery with Mr Norbert Kang

Mr Norbert Kang is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon based at the Royal Free Hospital in London. He graduated from Imperial College Medical school in 1989 and has been based at the Royal Free since 2006. He has specialist interests in surgery for the upper limb and prosthetic reconstruction after amputation in particular.

In 2018, he co-founded the Relimb Service together with his colleague Mr Alexander Woollard. Relimb was setup to create a “one-stop-shop” for patients needing complex surgical reconstruction after trauma, cancer or other acquired conditions. Relimb specialises in the use of osseointegrated implants and targeted muscle reinnervation but also provides the entire spectrum of reconstructive options for these patients. In his spare time, he enjoys hill walking, gardening and DIY.
