BAPRAS x PLASTA UK x PRASSA UK National Webinar Series - Upper Limb Surgery with Mr Norbert Kang
Mr Norbert Kang is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon based at the Royal Free Hospital in London. He graduated from Imperial College Medical school in 1989 and has been based at the Royal Free since 2006. He has specialist interests in surgery for the upper limb and prosthetic reconstruction after amputation in particular. In 2018, he co-founded the Relimb Service together with his colleague Mr Alexander Woollard. Relimb was setup to create a “one-stop-shop” for patients needing complex surgical reconstruction after trauma, cancer or other acquired conditions. Relimb specialises in the use of osseointegrated implants and targeted muscle reinnervation but also provides the entire spectrum of reconstructive options for these patients. In his spare time, he enjoys hill walking, gardening and DIY.

BAPRAS x PLASTA UK x PRASSA UK National Webinar Series - Head & Neck Surgery with Mr Maniram Ragbir
Mr Maniram Ragbir is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in head and neck and sarcoma reconstruction. Originally from Trinidad, he trained in the Caribbean and the UK and is internationally recognised for his expertise in complex reconstructive surgery.
A former President of BAPRAS, he has also played a leading role in surgical education and serves as the Training Programme Director for Plastic Surgery Training in the North East, helping shape plastic surgery training standards across the UK.

BAPRAS x PLASTA UK x PRASSA UK National Webinar Series - Medical Student Involvement, Electives and Taster Weeks with Dr Anna Chiara Corriero
Dr Anna Chiara Corriero is currently undertaking a Plastics-Themed Core Surgical Training programme within NHS Lothian. She graduated from medical school in 2023 with multiple academic distinctions, including placement on the Head of School’s Merit List. She also received the BAPRAS elective scholarship for her plastic surgery elective which took place in Paris and in Réunion, France.

Mr Mohammed Turki graduated from St George's, University of London with an MBBS and intercalated BSc, and has since obtained the MRCS and an MBA in Healthcare Management.
He completed Plastic Surgery-themed Core Surgical Training at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and is currently a Senior Clinical Fellow in Plastic Surgery at the Royal Free Hospital.
