Who are we?

We are a group of like-minded students from universities all across the UK. We share a strong interest in plastic surgery and we are working hard to create and put out educational content based on plastics for those that share a similar passion.

Sydney Barnes

PRESIDENT

I’m intercalating in Anatomy at King’s College London. I’m passionate about the field of plastic surgery; in particular, I find that the subspecialties of burns and reconstructive surgery have piqued my interest the most. That being said, I’m also equally fascinated by global reconstructive surgery!

Simpson Tam

VICE PRESIDENT

I'm a 5th Year Medical Student at Cambrige University. My passion lies in exploring the realms of orthoplastics and tackling major traumatic cases, keeping my adrenaline flowing.

Ameen Mahmood

TREASURER

I’m a medical student at Imperial College London and an RAF Medical Officer Bursar. I love the extensive scope of plastic surgery and its significant impact on trauma cases particularly within a military setting!

I am a 4th Year Medical Student at UCL. I have a passion for pursuing oncoplastics and reconstructive surgery in the future.

I am currently intercalating in Anatomy at Kings’ College London. I’m drawn to both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, as I am fascinated by the combination of art and surgery.

My name is Parth Tagdiwala and I am a fourth year medical student at UCL and I find reconstructive surgery very interesting. I am keen to also explore academia within plastics.

I am a 5th year Medical Student at the University of East Anglia. My Plastic Surgery themed Masters of Research intercalation year, cemented my desire to pursue Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with a special interest in skin cancer.
